SAP BASIS Expert Are you experienced in SAP BASIS administration, system maintenance, and performance tuning? Then come and join our IT Infrastructure team and expand our SAP BASIS group. immerse yourself in the world of SAP network design, architecture, and management and get the opportunity to develop your skills within all aspects of SAP BASIS. Your responsibilities You will make sure that BAUHAUS SAP solutions across all Nordic countries is always up to date, are taking advantage of the newest solutions and is running smoothly and with as little down time as possible. You will help design the network infrastructure, create and implement new solutions make sure we are always up to date and that security is in place and together with the rest of the infrastructure and SAP team deliver the most reliable and secure SAP solution for BAUHAUS   •  SAP S4 upgrade Manage current SAP BASIS Landscape on ECS. •  Implement new tools and features into our SAP environments •  Help manage day-to-day maintenance on SAP systems, including patching, updates etc. •  Analyze performance bottlenecks (SQL Plans) and provide optimization techniques. •  Stay up to date with new technologies and ensure we are leveraging the latest SAP innovations •  Participate in all projects that involve SAP, including upcoming projects: Integration of Finland and Estonia into the Nordic SAP landscape Move PI to CPI cloud solutions. SAP S4 Archiving S4 major release upgrade Some of BAUHAUS SAP products we are using is: SAP S/4HANA SAP FIORI SAP F& R SAP CAR SAP PI Solution Manager SAP Datasphere SAP BTP, Rise, CPI and more How will your typical day look like? We normally start the day with a “stand up” meeting, where we discuss any outstanding issues and agree on priorities and support other infrastructure members, then we continue with our individual tasks for the day / week.     Projects will be a large part of your day, both internal (working on new technologies, automation, development, and maintenance) and cross platform projects involving several different departments and teams and of course in close collaboration with the SAP team. Following up on monitoring alerts, tickets and requests related to SAP together with the rest of infrastructure and SAP BASIS colleague will also be part of a normal day procedure. The Infrastructure Team consist of 12 highly skilled people with different specialties and high knowledge of neighboring technologies. We are based in both Denmark (Tilst), Sweden (Stockholm) and Finland (Vantaa) and good collaboration in between the 3 offices is key to success. You will also become part of a growing business, that presents a lot of exciting challenges and thus also opportunities to help put your mark on BAUHAUS together with your colleagues. BAUHAUS is at the forefront of the latest technologies, and you will have the opportunity to work with them hands on. We will support you in your development and give you the opportunity to work on various operations tasks and projects. About you Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP BASIS expert. Working experience with SAP ECS, SAP S/4HANA or any other cloud solution Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces and Load Balancer topics Good understanding & hands-on experience required in S/4 HANA Application & HANA database. Experience in SAP Upgrades & data archiving. Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills. Advanced knowledge of hardware and infrastructure, what to use where and how. Experience in working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams or individuals. This position is based in Stockholm (Sweden) and will include a few traveling days to Denmark / Sweden / Finland. About BAUHAUS Nordic IT: Nordic IT is responsible for all IT in the Nordic countries, which currently is Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Iceland - with Finland and Estonia potentially joining later this year. Nordic IT consists of 2 major teams: IT business applications and IT Operation where the infrastructure team is part of IT Operations. We are around 80 colleagues and are located mainly in Aarhus and Stockholm. Nordic IT works independently of our Corporate IT colleagues in Germany, but we do of course share knowledge & support each other. Interested?
