About us:

Our "Internal User Squad" is now looking for a driven Software Tester/QA who wants to be part of our team and ensure that our internal systems and customer service solutions maintain the highest quality.

About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting both manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality deliveries of our internal systems. You will work closely with our development teams to continuously improve testing processes and ensure the quality of our solutions. Hard work and high commitment are essential for success in the role, and a key part of the job involves performing automated tests using Laravel Dusk and Selenium. Experience working in an AWS environment is a plus.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA focusing on automated testing
• At least 4 years of relevant higher education.
• Extensive experience working with Laravel Dusk and Selenium
• Essential experience testing applications for customer service solutions, customer support, and customer dialogue systems
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus
• It is important that you have worked in customer service, as a team leader or sales manager, and have tracked performance for customer service teams
• A strong interest in test automation and quality assurance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A passion for working in an organization that has a positive impact on people and society
