We are looking for a Corporate Communications Officer for a global company in Lund.

Strategic and Operational Corporate Communications, including digital channel and content creation/management.

Competences:

• University degree in Strategic Communications
• At least 5 years’ experience in strategic and operational communications in an international environment.
• Senior editorial and writing experience
• Quickly analyze target group needs and translate to communication objectives and activities
• Excellent command in written and spoken English
• Experience from navigating in a large organization
• Experience from creating and distributing content for digital channels (SoMe, Web)
• Ability to contribute to communication projects in several areas of the responsibilities that lies within the team (such as Web, publications etc)
• Interact with external stakeholders on an ad hoc basis (press, media, vendors etc)
• Ability to see both long term and immediate goals, and prioritize accordingly

• Flexibility to shift between strategic and operational tasks
• Work independently as well as in team
• Enjoy delegated responsibility while at the same time make the right calls for involvement and escalation when needed

Scope of the assignment The candidate shall work as a member of the team at the customer, alongside existing two employees, and will report to the Communications Functional Lead.

The Candidate will interact with internal as well as external stakeholder and is expected to quickly be able to represent and act as an ambassador for the mission of the team, and thereby support the overall goals forthe customer.

The Candidate will support various tasks within the Team’s areas of responsibility, such as creation of articles for internal and external distribution, content creation and structural development of the external web, editorial support for the Annual Report, and more.

This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso in Lund. Start is in January 2025, Six month's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
