Join Our Team: We are looking for 2 colleagues. The open positions ranged from Content and Communications Specialist to European Project Manager.

We are a transdisciplinary agency working for a wiser tomorrow, and we are searching for a new team member who is not only an expert in content and communication but also deeply committed to engaging with people and creating real change. In this role, you’ll work with a remote team spread across Europe on European projects that aim to make a tangible, positive impact.

Some of the tasks we are looking for support :

• Manage European projects, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve their objectives.
• Research on topics related to narrative and storytelling.
• Organizing meetings, educational events, and conferences.
• Oversee social media management, shaping and driving our presence on key platforms to amplify our message and engage with diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, international team in a remote-first environment, contributing to communication strategies and organizational activities.
• Be involved in European projects with occasional travel for work-related activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for people and communication, with experience in creating compelling content that drives engagement and impact.
• Experience in NGOs, education, or (video) journalism is a plus.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Remote role based in Sweden – while we work globally, you’ll need to reside in Sweden to qualify for this position.
