Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior CAE Durability Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Deliver quality-assured calculation models and results, proposing when and where to perform specific simulations and analyses.
• Draw conclusions from analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Perform analyses and validate results, ensuring alignment with design targets.
• Support the continuous improvement of methods, tools, and processes.
• Act as a technical expert, offering guidance on complex technical solutions within your discipline.
• Plan, lead, and conduct highly complex simulations and analyses.
• Ensure the fidelity and accuracy of simulations and analyses.
• Collaborate with project and design engineers, providing support and technical solutions throughout the various stages of projects.

What you bring:

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in fatigue, durability, and brake analysis.
• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with cast components.
• Proficiency in pre- and post-processing software such as Beta CAE or Abaqus CAE.
• Strong knowledge of solvers like Abaqus, Nastran, or nCode DesignLife.
• Solid programming skills, particularly in Python.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with software like Tosca, ModeFrontier, and MagmaSoft is an advantage.
