HiCareer is excited to recruit a Paid Social Specialist for our client, Est Populo AB, a performance and growth agency working with some of the most exciting D2C and E-com brands around. About the Role
As a Paid Social Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping Est Populo deliver exceptional results for their clients. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools, the latest trends, and optimization techniques in social media advertising. Est Populo collaborates with amazing brands such as Cavour, Aim'n, Tailor Store, and American Eagle, and you’ll be at the heart of campaigns that define their success.
Our office is located in Kungsgatan in the heart of Gothenburg, and we have a hybrid workplace model.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Analyze data to surface actionable insights and develop groundbreaking strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Est Populo’s clients to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and test innovative approaches to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in paid social advertising, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Strong communication skills to present data and insights effectively.
- Fluency in English; Swedish proficiency is a plus.
