Epassi is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to help scale our business by optimizing revenue processes and aligning our sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Role Overview
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our revenue strategy, ensuring seamless alignment across all revenue-generating teams. You will be responsible for implementing systems, processes, and tools that enable data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Process Optimization: Design and implement best practices for revenue operations, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, customer success, and renewals.
• Data & Analytics: Provide actionable insights through data analysis and KPIs to optimize revenue operations, sales performance, and forecasting accuracy.
• Technology Management: Oversee the integration and management of tools such as CRM (Hubspot), marketing automation platforms, and analytics software to ensure smooth data flow and cross-functional insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and strategies.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, tracking key metrics like sales cycles, win rates, and customer lifetime value.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement across the revenue lifecycle and implement solutions that streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and the sales cycle.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and data visualization platforms.
