We are looking for an experienced Compensation Manager for a temporary assignment to support the execution of a global annual salary review process.
This project spans 20+ countries and involves several thousand employees.
You will work closely with the Global HR team and the HR Operations organization to deliver a seamless and compliant salary review cycle.
This opportunity is part of a highly professional and dynamic comp ben team within a global organization, offering exposure to international compensation practices and strategic reward management.
The role will run from February to June 2025 and may include additional responsibilities within the HR team and Global compensation team.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with the process lead to design, implement, and oversee the annual salary review process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Provide guidance and support to HR and managers through training and consultation during the salary review process
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related tasks, including documentation, processing, and system updates throughout the HR lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and organizational policies for compensation practices during the salary review process
- Manage vendor relationships and provide operational support for the salary review cycle
- Contribute to various compensation initiatives as part of the organization's Total Rewards strategy
Required Skills and Experience - 4–5 years of experience managing annual salary review programs within a global organization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience with compensation processes and HR core systems
- Skilled in Excel
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- HR generalist experience is highly desirable
