About the Role

Reporting to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller will play a key role in managing legal reporting, group consolidation, tax and audit processes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all accounting functions, while supporting the CFO in financial planning and business expansion initiatives. This role also includes personnel responsibility of two resources in the accounting team, and outsourced accounting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of annual reports, monthly board reports, and lenders’ reporting.
  • Perform and manage group consolidation on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Oversee the audit process and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage a cross-border team of accountants.
  • Ensure accuracy in tax reporting, tax payments, and transfer pricing compliance.
  • Manage payroll and cash flow
  • Establish and uphold Group Accounting Policy.
  • Support post-acquisition and merger integration processes.
  • Collaborate on new market establishment with the CFO and Business Controlling teams.

What We’re Looking For

As a person you need to be organized, resourceful, and self-driven with a high level of integrity. We want you to be a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and remains positive through thick and thin.

Other requirements

  • 3–5+ years in accounting with exposure to Group Accounting & Reporting (e.g., SE GAAP/K3 for large companies)
  • Ability and interest in leading teams and/or guide colleagues in accounting tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, group consolidation, tax compliance, and cash management. Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office, with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Why Join Us?

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic organization, where your expertise will shape financial strategy and reporting excellence. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to post-acquisition processes, cross-border operations, and new market developments. We are also located in a newly renovated office right next to Stora Torget in central Linköping, so you’ll get a very pleasant workplace as part of the deal!

Interested? Send your application to [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you!
