Position: Account Development Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement proactive outreach strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and industry challenges
- Engage with potential clients via various communication channels
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate the value of the products and services to prospective clients
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Identify and actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace
- Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and the sales team
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs
- Design, present, and execute market campaigns, while reporting results to internal teams
- Stay informed about the client’s products and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level), and English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry
- Strong sales skills with a solutions-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.
IO, and other sales technologies is preferred
- Technologically adept with a keen interest in technology, and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate complex tech concepts
- Demonstrated ability to independently prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline
