We are now helping Samsung Nordics to find a Master Trainer for Home Appliances!
As a Master Trainer, you will work closely with the Product Manager to develop and deliver relevant training programs.
Your role is to equip local power trainers in Denmark, Norway, and Finland, as well as internal staff in Sweden, with the necessary knowledge of Samsung products and their benefits through effective education and training initiatives.
Job scope and key deliverables:
- Create Nordic training material and education with end-user benefits in focus.
- Ensure local power trainers possess knowledge of Samsung products and their benefits.
- Help internal staff understand the benefits of Samsung products and their USPs.
- Create training material for the customer program Fast Track.
- Develop and localize training materials for specific markets.
Most common tasks in this role:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to create training materials and plan face-to-face and online training sessions across Nordic countries.
- Monitor Nordic education progress and report to relevant stakeholders.
- Train local Power Trainers.
- Educate Field Force and Key Account Managers (KAMs) on the specifications and benefits of Samsung products.
- Train Samsung Support teams on the specifications and benefits of Samsung products.
- Highlight key products’ strongest USPs.
- Conduct joint store visits with Retail Sales (RS) teams to understand the needs of floor sales staff.
- Partner with RS teams to gather feedback on training sessions from floor sales staff.
- Adapt and localize training materials to fit the specific needs of local markets.
Your aim is to provide a deeper understanding and raise awareness of Samsung's products to drive increased sales in stores. Establish and maintain a well-structured and consistent training program throughout the year.
Stay informed about the competition to further highlight and strengthen Samsung's unique selling points.

Most relevant qualifications, education, and training required:
- Experience in training, marketing, or communication roles within the industry.
- Fluency in English and one other Nordic language.
- Strong understanding of digital communication and sales channels.
- Organized, structured, and detail-oriented "doer."
- Driven and self-motivated, with a keen eye for quality.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Creative and adaptable.
