About Piktiv
Piktiv’s journey started in 2009 where one consultant working around the clock just couldn’t keep up with the demands for his services. He started to grow a team of consultants and the ball just kept rolling, now we have approximately 50 employees in 3 cities working not only with software but also with game development and business growth.

Role:
With major growth on its way, you will be a deciding voice in what to do and how to grow the team and business. A central part of the role will be to find new opportunities and develop new as well as existing partnerships through different channels. You will work together with your close-knit team consisting of COO, CEO and directors of both Game services and Growth services. You will also work closely with the Engineering Managers, which are your direct reports. As Director of SDS, your main tasks will be to support and build high-performing teams where you will be a guiding voice in motivating as well as coaching them. Therefore the work that you will be doing with employer-employee relations, recruitment and retention management is of high importance.
About you:
To succeed in this role, you are business-oriented and ready to be up there scaling your teams as well as nurturing client relations. We are looking for someone who has had experience within sales and business, and trust that you are comfortable with your role as a leader within tech. Your interest lies within creating, coaching and developing teams with a work culture based on trust and a family-friendly work environment. We believe you to be a humble leader, who will listen and take in your surroundings and strive towards helping the team and Piktiv to reach their set goals. With a passion for software development in your back pocket we believe that you will gain the trust of our customers as well as your teams. For you, it´s important to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
What we believe you have in your back pocket:
- A background as a developer
- At least 3 years of experience having an executive leadership role
- Previous experience in sales and business development
- A genuine interest and experience in building, leading, and coaching a team in line with Piktiv's values
- An ability to effectively set the direction for Piktiv's continued growth as a tech company
- Excellent communication abilities in both Swedish and English
It is s a big plus if you have previous experience working at a consulting company
