You have experience in:
• Data driven decision making and experience in the tools and methodologies for optimizing performance across digital channels (including a-b testing).
• Understand of e-commerce trends, including omnichannel customer experiences, personalization technologies, and the use of AI in digital marketing.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital channel management, website or app performance improvement projects.
• Data and KPIs: familiarity with tracking performance metrics like conversion rate.

Your responsibilities
Working as a Digital CMP Development Specialist, you will provide subject matter expertise on web development to digital product teams, ensuring alignment with established KPIs and retail business goals.
More in detail you will:
• Provide expert input to digital product teams on web development initiatives, helping to shape the direction of projects based on retail business needs and established KPIs. Ensure that solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
• Work closely with the Web Development Lead and digital teams to help prioritize web development tasks and initiatives, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics and business priorities. Ensure that all web development efforts contribute to optimizing customer experience and business performance.
• Collaborate with digital product teams and retail stakeholders to ensure that the development and enhancement of web platforms align with retail strategies. Support communication between retail and digital teams to ensure consistency in priorities and objectives.
• Assist in monitoring the impact of web development projects on key KPIs, ensuring that the initiatives support measurable performance improvements. Provide input on necessary adjustments to project prioritization based on performance insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and IT, to ensure that web development efforts are integrated into the broader retail and digital product strategies. Support the Web Development Lead in coordinating efforts across different teams and markets.
This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden and you will report to the Digital CMP Development Manager.
