About the role

Wehype works with the most renowned gaming publishers in the world. Every day we support our clients in driving success for their games by enabling them to collaborate with content creators via the Wehype platform.

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be able to work closely with studios and publishers responsible for leading game titles worldwide. Your main responsibility will be establishing new client relationships, and managing these from initial contact to delivered service. You will be assisting them in their decision-making processes related to market and creator strategies, roadmaps, and game objectives. You will be supported by an experienced team and have access to Wehype's industry-leading tools and platform to deliver the best service possible.

Location: Stockholm/Uppsala

What you will do

  • Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with game publishers
  • Develop tailored creator strategies for clients with a strong foundation in Wehype’s data insights
  • Showcase Wehype’s capabilities and match with specific client needs
  • Attend global gaming events and visit our clients at their offices. Partnership Managers travel frequently
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as campaign operations, customer success, marketing, and the product team to ensure customer needs are being met
  • Actively contribute to bringing creative ideas and solutions to the team on how to improve the customer experience

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (Sales or Key Account Management)
  • Passionate about video games and the gaming industry
  • Proactive, organized, and with a strong ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with a strong ability to commit and follow through on projects and set objectives
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that is comfortable finding new and creative ways to address different challenges
  • Comfortable traveling and meeting clients on-site
  • Easily understands and interprets data sets

Plus if you have

  • A history of working with gaming publishers
  • Experience with Sales CRM systems (Pipedrive) and general sales methodology
  • Strong connection to streaming platforms and the content creator landscape
