Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager with experience of digital commerce and the ability to drive complex strategic projects with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will belong to External and New Sales, which is a Value Stream within the central function Digital Sales. We develop and grow long-lasting partnerships by providing access to the H&M Brands through owned and external digital and retail sales channels such as Franchise and marketplaces.

As a Program manager, you will conduct pre-studies and drive the analysis and implementation of big strategic programs and projects. You will be expected to formulate a plan, set competence & budget requirements, manage stakeholders and communicate to ensure successful delivery. You support the steering group with clear material for decisions and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a thorough investigation of the different platforms available for a strategy for Franchise E-Com platforms.
• Conduct technical analysis and tech coordination of external partners and internal solutions, teams, and systems.
• Perform project management tasks such as: task breakdown, prioritization and planning, stakeholder management, time plan management, risk management, test coordination, status monitoring.
• Have technical ability within complex tech landscapes.
• Build relationships, delegate, empower and coach team members, and be able to collaborate with different functions in the organization. Create a strong team culture where people collaborate and grow together.
• Manage expectations; understand stakeholder desires, needs, and requirements; and look to collaborate with them to get the job done.
• Summarize conclusive and clear decision material.
• Manage large cross-cutting initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years’ experience of leading program/projects with multiple stakeholders on several organizational levels and with external parties.
• Experience of digital commerce platforms evaluation and implementation.
• Customer focused mindset and experience of managing complex IT projects.
• Proven track record of planning, ensuring delivery and progress follow-up of large-scale projects/programs preferably with external parties.
• Proven record of accomplishment of managing follow-up of roadmaps and follow-up of KPI’s and business effect .
• Good leadership skills, effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Skilled in digital & analytical project management tools, such as the Microsoft suit, Jira/Confluence, Miro.
• Analytical skills; bringing structure into complexity.
• Self-managing and solution-oriented mindset.
