The Product Unit consists of managers and leaders who take care of future business, ongoing contracts and product support for Fighter EW products and enabling systems. In all we are ~60 people within Contract Management, Project Management and Product Management. At PU Fighter we run a variety of projects, on different system levels, most of them including both HW and SW. You will manage one or more of our projects and deliver systems to internal or external customers. Your project team will consist of people from our Design departments and you will work in close contact with our contract owners and the product managers. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for: * Establishing and lead your team towards agreed deliveries * Planning and visualizing schedule for project * Financial Reporting * Communicating resources and competence need to engineering and production organization * Securing project deliveries according to customer and company procedures and other regulations. Your profile As a candidate for this position, you have a strong drive, take on great responsibility and have excellent communication skills. We believe the successful candidate has: * Academic education in Engineering Science * Experience from leading projects and/or teams * Experience in SW/HW development and Systems Engineering * Proven social and communication skills * Fluent in Swedish and English This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
