• Lead and deliver diverse projects in embedded software and/or electrical engineering, ensuring top-notch results and efficient processes.
• Serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, fostering collaboration to move projects forward.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on the next steps, processes, and best practices for achieving project goals.
• Create the conditions for long-term innovation and technological development.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to approach challenges holistically and deliver sustainable solutions.

• Background in software and/or engineering.
• Solid understanding of product development processes, project models, and the various stages of development.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira etc.
• Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and communicate complex ideas effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for project and change management.
