We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snowflake QA Lead to join our client’s team in Stockholm. This is a critical role focused on ensuring data quality and integrity during a migration to Snowflake. • Design and implement QA strategies for Snowflake migration projects.
• Define reconciliation principles and strategies for data validation.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, methodologies, and automation processes.
• Build and manage data quality frameworks for reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct performance testing on Snowflake data transformations, queries, and workloads.
• Perform security assessments, including access control, data masking, and permissions.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to resolve issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Translate business expectations into precise data quality and testing definitions.

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Lead, preferably in large-scale projects and banking environments.
• 3+ years of focus on data quality and database testing.
• Proven expertise in building QA frameworks for Snowflake data platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data lineage, and data quality tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in handling multiple priorities in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
