As Head of Product & UX, you’ll oversee the strategy, development, and execution of Oneflow’s product and user experience efforts. You’ll lead and grow a talented team of Product Managers and UX Designers, ensuring they work together seamlessly to create products that deliver real value to our customers and the business. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll collaborate across the organisation with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to align efforts with our product vision and strategy.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• You’ll mentor and guide a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers and UX Designers, empowering them to deliver innovative, user-centred solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• You’ll champion both product discovery and delivery, balancing fast-paced execution with user insights, continuous discovery, and research-driven decision-making.
• You’ll ensure our product and UX strategies align with customer needs and business goals.
• You’ll foster seamless collaboration between PMs, UX designers, engineers, and other stakeholders, building a shared understanding of priorities and ensuring smooth operations.
• You’ll refine and implement our Product Operating Model while ensuring product growth and driving key metrics across acquisition, retention and monetisation.
• You’ll drive the evolution of our design system and UX principles, ensuring we deliver a cohesive, delightful experience across the user journey.

Who you are

You’re a passionate leader who thrives at the intersection of product strategy and user experience. With deep expertise in product development and design, you know how to create meaningful collaboration between UX and PM teams, balancing customer needs with business priorities. You’re as comfortable coaching your team as you are engaging directly with customers or diving into strategic decisions. You believe that great products are born from strong teamwork, user insights, and data-driven decisions. Also:

• You inspire and motivate teams to think big while keeping a keen eye on the tactical steps needed to achieve results.
• You thrive on understanding user needs and championing them in product and UX strategies.
• You excel at building relationships across teams, fostering trust and alignment between Product, UX, Design, Engineering, and beyond.
• You’re skilled at connecting data-driven insights with creative problem-solving to drive impactful decisions.
• You understand the power of UX and design to differentiate a product and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Your background

• 3+ years of leadership experience in SaaS Product Management and/or UX design.
• Hands-on experience with B2B SaaS products, preferably with exposure to both growth motions (PLG, PLS) and customer success-driven models.
• A strong grasp of product discovery and delivery methodologies, including design thinking, user research, and data analysis.
• A track record of coaching teams to achieve strategic goals and personal growth.
• Experience with a Product Operating Model and advocating for UX principles across an organisation.
• A collaborative, empathetic leadership style that values transparency and trust.
