Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team, specializing in Nuclear Orders and Project Orders. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving issues, optimizing processes, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable and impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage nuclear and project orders, ensuring all project objectives and deliverables are met within established timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including LA Project Managers, BID Engineering, Production, Quality Departments, Measurement Room/Laboratory, and Quality Assurance, to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines ensuring adequate capacity allocation and avoiding scheduling conflicts.

Oversee procurement activities in compliance with applicable standards and specifications, including preparing RFQs, issuing purchase orders in accordance with internal policies, and managing supplier communications.

Monitor project progress, proactively identify challenges, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve successful outcomes.

Serve as the primary communication point for Customers regarding deviations, changes, or requests related to the project.

Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.

Prepare and issue essential production documentation, such as drawings, travelers, instructions, and procedures.

Manage and provide required documentation for dispatch of sales orders, including analyzing cost deviations.

Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

What you know
The ideal candidate has a Master of Engineering or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of experience from global production/manufacturing company. You like responsibility, find
co-operation easy and natural and see change as positive. You enjoy both the operational day-to-day challenges, as well as developing the business to meet changing needs.
Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a need. Experience in Jeeves is a plus. As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite, speaking Swedish is a plus.

Proven leadership and change management skills.

Experience in managing project managers and complex engineered orders.
*
Experience from Lean manufacturing and Project Management.
*
Good knowledge and skills within nuclear order handling.
Practical Information: The position is placed in Lund, and you will report to our Team Manager MTO
