Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IA Automation Lead to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Take full responsibility for managing the operational aspects of automation processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.
- Identify, analyze, and document new processes, guiding Swedish operations through the development lifecycle.
- Act as the bridge between business operations and technology, supporting stakeholders and facilitating seamless integration of technical solutions.
- Monitor and manage running robot processes, ensuring they operate as planned while addressing any technical or process-related challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the global development team to plan and prioritize new developments, serving as a liaison to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
- Support first-line troubleshooting by maintaining a deep understanding of Swedish robot processes and systems.
- Foster continuous improvement in processes and cooperation between countries, driving alignment and efficiency.
- Maintain daily contact with the global team to manage customer integrations and internal automation solutions.
- Engage with Swedish offices and international counterparts to ensure consistency and communication across all operational aspects.
What You Bring:
- A strong technical background with a solid understanding of IT systems, case management systems, delivery systems in finance, accounting, payroll, and DevOps.
- Experience in automation tools and platforms such as Frends, RPA, UiPath, SQL, API integrations, Mulesoft, Oracle Netsuite CRM, and Netsuite ERP.
- A self-motivated and independent mindset with a proven track record in project management, process improvement, and digitization.
- Familiarity with payroll and accounting processes, with experience in managing projects from start to finish in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills, with fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong relationship-building abilities, capable of engaging with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts effectively.
- A pragmatic, results-oriented approach with the confidence to challenge existing processes, technology, and methods.
- Problem-solving expertise, with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting and overcoming technical and operational challenges.
