QIAGEN DNA Synthesis AB in Sweden, has produced high quality synthetic DNA for diagnostic purposes for more than 30 years. We are situated in Västerås and have around 100 employees. We apply the medical device directives, ISO13485 (EU) and 21CFR820 (USA) and our production is carried out in accordance with GMP.

Position Description
As a Customer Support Specialist you will work as part of the customer supply team. The team includes responsibility for customer support, material management and purchasing, logistics and central planning. The main focus within customer support is communication with customers and handling of orders, quotations and invoices. You will collaborate closely with the global sales organization and all local functions to ensure a positive customer relationship.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer communication via email, Teams call and occasional phonecall
- Order handling
- Quotation handling
- Customer invoices
Position Requirements
- Customer focused, preferably with previous experience from working with customers
- Good administrative skills with an eye for detail
- Fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization with a friendly and open approach
- Experience from the biotech industry or similar would be beneficial
