We are now looking for Danish-speaking customer service employees with a strong sense of service. At Foundever, we work to answer incoming support questions about all of our customers' products with a strong focus on the customers' experience of their contact with us through a pleasant and personal approach. At Foundever, we believe that attitude and personality matter more than previous work experience. Therefore, we do not require any previous employment when we are looking for future customer service employees. Our customers contact us primarily by phone, but also via email and chat, but your work tool will mostly be the phone.


You have the opportunity to work either from home or onsite at our office. In connection with the employment, a 3-week training will be held, which will either take place via video link if you choose to work from home, or in our training room in the office if you prefer to work onsite.

Before your employment begins, we will provide the work tools you need. If you choose to work from home, you only need a stable internet connection and a place in your home where you can work undisturbed.


To apply for this job, you must meet the following:

  • Fluent Danish in both oral and written form
  • Fluent English in both oral and written form
  • Clean criminal record
  • Have basic computer skills

Your work tasks:


The task includes troubleshooting software products. It also includes troubleshooting to exclude or locate hardware errors and find flexible solutions. The primary focus is customer satisfaction.

You are good at coaching the customer to the right solution. The focus is on creating satisfied customers and answering their questions through a pleasant and personal approach. The role also includes a focus on meeting the goals that the customer and the company have set. This means that you have the opportunity to influence your salary, as we use a fixed base salary with an associated bonus model. The role does not include sales, as the focus is on customer satisfaction.

Customer service is open Mon-Fri 8: 00 - 18:00. This means that there are no evenings/weekends. This means we have 2 teams, one from 08: 00 - 17:00 and the other from 09:00 - 18:00, which will rotate within the team.

Interviews are ongoing and the position can be filled before the application deadline.

The work must be carried out in Danish, towards Danish-speaking customers.
