Your mission
In this position, you manage our IT environment – the daily operations of our web platforms and our cloud operations – while ensuring compliance with IT security standards. The availability of our web platform is critical to our business operations, and you make sure that it runs smoothly.
You take responsibility for a small team where you develop people, manage the budget and ensure effective vendor relationships. To drive continuous improvement, you collaborate closely with other departments and stakeholders. Your job requires a strong sense of urgency and professionalism – and you always aim to deliver high quality work in a timely manner.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with experience in IT operations, project management or as a system or product owner. You have a proven track record of managing budgets. We support our entire global business, and we see it as beneficial if you have previously acted in a similar environment. Your knowledge is backed by a post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in English is a must and knowledge of Swedish is highly advantageous.
Your eagerness to learn and improve combined with an interest in IT and technology, and a willingness to develop, both yourself and others, is perfect for this role. You’re comfortable in balancing innovation and risk management. With strong team building and collaboration skills, you quickly build stable relationships with people you encounter – making sure to share best practices and take our work to the next level!
