We are now looking for a Procurement Engineer for an assignment in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire procurement process – from needs analysis and request for quotations to negotiations and contract management.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a structured and solution-oriented person with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You also have a strong technical understanding and are accustomed to working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers within the technology sector.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering departments to understand specific needs.
• Manage and monitor the procurement of both materials and services.
• Ensure timely deliveries in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in engineering, physics, procurement, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Procurement Engineer or a similar role.
• Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge and/or experience in physics is a plus but not a requirement.
