About the role

You are employed as a customer service employee. In this position, you must process incoming questions per telephone and e-mail. The goal is to find solutions to customers' problems, guide them in a professional manner and, most importantly, provide them with an excellent customer experience.

Customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9: 00am-9:00pm Saturday-Sunday 11: 00am-5:00pm local Cyprus. The work shifts will thus consist of daytime, evening and weekend. The service starts with a paid training, where you learn both the technical side of the work and how to offer the best customer service.

Daily tasks include:

· Answer calls from customers

· Provide customers with high-class service

· Manage customer related matters

· Strive to achieve your daily KPIs that include customer satisfaction, efficiency and quality

Who are we looking for?

In this role, we are looking for you who are social, ambitious and motivated by helping customers. Furthermore, you like working in a workplace with a fast pace, rapid changes and a good team spirit, where the good community permeates the entire office.

In this process, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. Our only requirements are that you have completed upper secondary school, speak Danish as your mother tongue, speak English and have a clean criminal record.
