Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reporting in compliance with US accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries in adherence to US GAAP guidelines.
• Support SOX compliance by maintaining proper documentation, testing internal controls, and ensuring data integrity to mitigate risks of fraud and errors.
• Collaborate closely with auditors, the client's legal team, and management to ensure alignment with accounting principles and regulatory obligations.

Your experience

• Solid experience in accounting, with in-depth knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial records, prepare reconciliations, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of internal control processes, including documentation and testing as mandated by SOX.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work closely with auditors, legal teams, and management.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving challenges in financial processes.
• Fluent in english
