Together, we will play a key role in advancing quality in the Electromobility sector.
Manager Product Quality Electromobility reports to business leaders and support the smallest divisions of the company, like departments or specific groups of employees. They translate directions from business leaders to help them direct their teams successfully and contribute to the growth of the company. They focus on tactical, operational activities within a specified area. Manager Product Quality Electromobility listen to employee concerns and discuss them with business leaders, who may take the concerns to top-level management. The majority of time is spent overseeing area of responsibility, planning, prioritizing and/or directing the responsibilities of employees. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and/or indirect reports.
Who are you?
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering in a relevant technical field, along with several years of relevant experience from a similar role. You have strong skills in quality tools and a quality-focused mindset. You bring proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and storytelling, allowing you to convey information effectively to a variety of audiences. With solid project management and leadership abilities, you excel in organizing and executing tasks.
Additionally, you have:
Familiarity with Volvo AB products, applications, and processes (e.g., CPI, Agile methodologies) and experience with JIRA, KOLA, IMPACT, ARGUS, EDB, VDB, VDA, LVD, and UCHP is a big plus.
