Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps CI/CD Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Maintain and improve CI processes, including Artifactory backups, Jenkins upgrades, pipeline updates, framework enhancements, and overall CI flow stability.
- Analyze CI failures, debug issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions while collaborating with teams.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to understand product structure requirements and update tools accordingly.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, aligning with CI methodologies.
- Prioritize and plan backlogs and continuous improvement activities in collaboration with development teams across multiple sites.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high-quality results.
- Coordinate with multiple development teams to align build, test, and release processes with customer requirements.
- Monitor and maintain CI and development environments, ensuring stability and performance.
- Engage with network teams to propose and implement secure end-to-end system solutions in alignment with client needs.
What you bring:
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proven experience in a DevOps role, with expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience in CI maintenance and improvement tasks, including Artifactory backup plans, Jenkins upgrades, and pipeline/framework updates.
- Knowledge of end-to-end CI flow setup and maintenance.
- Scrum Master experience with a solid understanding of Agile practices and tools like Jira.
- Expertise in Artifactory tools and familiarity with Git/Gerrit.
- Networking knowledge to understand and enhance current network designs with secure connectivity solutions.
- Preferred experience with IT security practices and server management (not mandatory).
- Prior work experience or similar telecom clients is a plus.
- Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a cohesive team environment.
- A drive for documentation and knowledge sharing to improve processes and workflows.
