About the Position
The Creative Coordinator at Mini Rodini holds a key role within our creative team, requiring both a strong sense of creativity and excellent organizational skills. In this position, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and preparing for photo and film productions as well as managing samples. This role spans a wide variety of tasks, supporting the team from initial planning through project completion, and serving as a central point of contact between departments to facilitate seamless workflows, clear communication, and careful handling of samples throughout the process.
• Prepare and follow up on film and photo productions, including garment handling (steaming, packing), sourcing and prepping props, and setting up and resetting the studio.
• Assist with styling and pre-styling for photo shoots, film productions, and events.
• Manage model casting and bookings, and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Oversee the internal casting process and handle associated administrative tasks.
• Take charge of sample handling, including planning and updates with production and design teams.
• Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure smooth information flow and effective teamwork.
• Organize and coordinate travel, including sourcing and managing locations, liaising with production companies, and handling all travel-related administration.
• Work alongside the Creative Director to initiate and develop new creative projects.
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in a coordination role, ideally within the fashion industry.
• Highly collaborative with the ability to act as the "hub" for maintaining efficient workflows.
• Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong eye for style and fashion, with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel as needed.
This position is based at our Stockholm office in Södermalm, and you will report directly to our Creative Content Manager.
