As a Unit Program Manager, you are the driving force behind the Unit's deliverables and releases, serving as the primary interface to Vehicle Programs. You will ensure the alignment of project goals and timelines within your designated Cluster(s) and effectively manage the Unit’s interface to the PMO Cluster Tech Lead. Key Responsibilities: •    Serve as the main point of contact between the Unit and PMO Cluster Tech Lead. •    Manage all Unit deliveries and releases to the assigned Cluster(s), ensuring timeliness and content alignment. •    Create and maintain a Unit Delivery/Release Plan tailored for each Cluster. •    Report status updates (both internal and external R&D) for the assigned Cluster(s). •    Coordinate and synchronize cross-functional delivery planning. •    Summarize Cluster-specific planning outcomes for streamlined execution. •    Support economic decision-making within the Unit for your Cluster(s). •    Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies. •    Track and resolve impediments, escalating as necessary. •    Assess resource needs to address critical bottlenecks effectively. •    Collaborate with Unit management, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution. About You: •    In-House Development Expertise: Proven experience in in-house product development, encompassing both software (SW) and hardware (HW) elements. •    Quality Assurance Knowledge: Familiar with software development processes and quality assurance practices for both in-house and supplier software. •    Large-Scale Project Management: Experience in large-scale development programs, integrating software, hardware, and mechatronics components. •    Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and trust. •    Agile & Project Management Skills: Solid background in project management, with an agile mindset. •    Strong Communication Skills: Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and presentations. •    Technical Understanding: Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, telematics, mobile applications, and embedded development. •    End-to-End Development Process Familiarity: Well-versed in the entire in-house software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment, with an emphasis on quality assurance.
