Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Workstream Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the delivery of the “Acquire to Decommission” workstream, ensuring successful execution and alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate activities across related workstreams within the Atlas program and with the client’s business teams to ensure smooth integration and progress.
- Collaborate closely with the implementation partner to align on deliverables and drive project success.
- Report to the Global Process Owner for “Acquire to Decommission” and Atlas program management on project status, risks, and solutions.
- Leverage your knowledge of the client’s business to deliver the best possible solutions, addressing both SAP systems and legacy processes.
- Identify, address, and close solution gaps in processes and systems in collaboration with the implementation partner and business teams.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder collaboration, including managing meeting forums and overseeing expectation management.
- Ensure timely identification and resolution of key decisions to keep the project on track.
- Collaborate with Change Management, particularly focusing on internal warehouse operations, to support the change process.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
- Lead and manage the data harmonization team, specifically focusing on warehouses and spare parts.
- Serve as an ambassador for the new solution, advocating for its benefits and ensuring its adoption by all relevant parties.
What you bring:
- A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in SAP S/4HANA PM and MM are an advantage.
- Proven project management experience, particularly in business and system dimensions, with a focus on maintenance and service.
- Experience in the paper and pulp industry or similar manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of both custom-built and ERP systems, with an understanding of their integration challenges.
- In-depth experience with SAP implementations, especially SAP S/4HANA PM and MM modules.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive projects and teams towards successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
