Job Description
As our Creative Services Manager for Brand Development, you will be responsible for and managing creative services to support brand and business objectives.
You will set clear strategies and KPIs, ensure efficient execution (including resource optimization), and maintain high-quality performance.
Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the team builds and nurtures strategic relationships, excels in negotiations, and secures a strong fashion perspective in productions.
- Lead by example with a growth mindset and the ability to drive continuous improvement and new ways of working.
- Be responsible for the team’s performance and the development of high-performing team members and individuals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is someone who has high attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and knows how to get their point across effectively.
You thrive while juggling multiple projects and deliverables at the same time, maintaining calm and good judgment.
With your strong collaboration and organizational skills, you lead your productions with ease and deliver strong results.
We see that you have:
- 8+ years of experience in creative production, including experience with various sub-processes within creative production to understand the full value chain.
- 4+ years of leadership experience, with previous reporting lines no more than three layers from the CMO (or similar).
- Experience in brand and campaign concept building, with a strong understanding of how to make brand identity come alive through creative assets.
- Skills in graphic design and layout best practices, and how creative assets can drive commercial value.
- Expertise in building strategic relationships and securing strong fashion perspectives in productions.
- Expertise in leveraging new technologies and tools to enhance the production process.
- Demonstrated understanding of the interconnection between brand identity and creative assets.
- A growth and digital first mindset.
Additional Information
This is a full-time temporary position for 1 year, starting January 1, 2025 or as soon as possible and is based on-site in our Head Offices in Stockholm.
