If so, the Data Community Manager role within our AI, Analytics & Data Tech Center could be a perfect fit for you! In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and supporting our data analytics community, as well as creating effective onboarding and training programs for both technical and non-technical audiences, in close collaboration with various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Training and Upskilling Program Development:
– Collaborate with platform teams, data governance teams, business partners, and subject matter experts to develop onboarding materials for our data analyst community.
– Design and update training programs and materials with subject matter experts to effectively onboard and support users on the next-generation platform.
– Lead decision-making forums with relevant stakeholders to establish ways of working and communicate those decisions to the appropriate audiences.
– Drive initiatives that support our journey to becoming a data-driven organization, including educational programs, workshops, and internal events.
Building and Nurturing a Strong Data Analytics Community:
– Build and maintain an engaged and learning data community, promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
– Identify and establish strong relationships with subject matter experts to create content for training sessions, case studies, and community events.
– Foster knowledge sharing, best practices, and collaboration among data enthusiasts, analysts, and stakeholders.
– Plan and execute community activities, such as hackathons, workshops, webinars, and meetups, to strengthen a data-driven insights culture.
Advocating for Data Literacy:
– Actively promote data literacy across the organization.
– Create relevant content, both written and visual, across multiple channels (newsletters, internal communication sites, presentations, videos, infographics) to engage and inform the community.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
– Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure community engagement and the effectiveness of training programs.
– Regularly report on progress and suggest improvements based on insights.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
– At least 5 years of experience in community management, program management, or a data-related role.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Ability to manage details while keeping the broader strategic context in mind.
– Experience working cross-functionally and identifying relevant stakeholders to drive decisions and collaboration.
– Proven experience in planning and executing successful community events, both online and offline.
– Strong understanding of current technology trends, preferably in data.
– Data-driven with the ability to analyze and derive insights from both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
– Highly organized with strong project management skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
– Experience building or driving AI and data communities.
– A background in data analytics or AI with knowledge of analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform.
