About the Role

As Group Financial Controller, you will lead financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis efforts across our organization, working closely with the executive team and reporting directly to the CFO.

You will be responsible for analyzing monthly and quarterly financial reports and compiling financial data in collaboration with group accounting and international subsidiaries.

Your responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting variance analysis, and financial performance monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulations. You'll also play a key role in identifying improvements and driving enhancements in our global financial processes and reporting tools.

About You

You hold a university degree in finance and bring at least five years of experience as a Financial Controller in an international group.

Your analytical mindset is supported by solid skills in financial analysis and reporting, along with a strong understanding of accounting regulations and group reporting standards. Proficiency in ERP systems—ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365—and business intelligence tools like Power BI are essential.

You are results-driven, capable of managing projects independently, and skilled at communicating financial insights in an accessible way. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
