About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Transformation Manager to lead the integration of internal systems and processes across our organization. This pivotal role acts as the bridge between Research & Development (R&D) and the Business organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will identify integration opportunities, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Systems integration and optimization

• Analyze internal systems to identify integration opportunities that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and optimize the use of tools and technologies.

Communication Management

• Act as the main liaison between Business and R&D, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Translate business needs into actionable R&D requirements and vice versa.
• Manage communication protocols to ensure timely updates on priorities and deliverables.

Project & Change Management

• Lead cross-functional projects to improve internal processes, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Drive change management initiatives to integrate new practices and tools.
• Monitor project impact and adjust strategies to meet objectives.

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities through improved system integration.
• Align R&D and Business teams on product development, go-to-market strategies, and customer success.
• Identify and address bottlenecks, fostering collaboration across departments.

Reporting & Insights

• Develop and maintain dashboards to track integration progress and impact.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of internal systems and processes, with a proven record of successful integration and optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mediate, influence, and resolve conflicts.
• Expertise in project management, proficient in tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Familiarity with product development cycles and sales processes is a plus.
