Information Manager
The Information Manager leads the team responsible for all aspects of information management at Stegra Boden, ensuring a centralized and efficient approach to data handling.
This role focuses on implementing information management policies, developing practical solutions that ensure data accuracy and consistency, and coordinating closely with internal and external partners to support organizational goals.
Key responsibilities and tasks (not limited to):
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment within the team.
- Develop and implement information management strategies and policies.
- Design and execute digital solutions for the users.
- Ensure a single source of truth for information.
- Continuously collaborate with procurement, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Assist with budgeting and financial follow-up processes for the information management team.
Requirements
- Experience in similar role within heavy industry.
- Experience in information management and change management.
- Proven expertise in working with different stakeholders.
- Familiarity with asset information and documentation management systems, including CMMS.
- Experience with ISO systems (9001/14001/45001) and IATF 16949.
- Competences and skills
- Ability to serve as a role model for promoting a strong safety culture.
- Insight into digital tools for information management.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Office suite.
- Expert knowledge of information integrations and digital solutions.
- Strong knowledge of procurement contracts and outsourcing practices.
