About the Role

We’re searching for an AI Programmer with expertise in creating intelligent, dynamic game systems. You’ll be joining our growing team, working on exciting projects to develop AI behaviors and systems that make games immersive and engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI systems for games, including behaviors, pathfinding, and decision-making logic.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to create AI that aligns with the game’s vision and enhances player experiences.
• Optimize AI systems to ensure performance and scalability across platforms.
• Debug and refine AI behavior to achieve realistic and engaging interactions.
• Research and integrate the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in game development, with a focus on AI programming.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and experience working in Unreal Engine (or similar).
• Deep understanding of AI concepts such as state machines, behavior trees, utility systems, and navigation algorithms.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and optimized code.
• Passion for games and game development, with a drive to push the boundaries of AI in games.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with machine learning or procedural generation techniques in games.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Lua for AI prototyping.
• Knowledge of multiplayer AI systems and synchronization.
• Background in creating AI for a variety of genres, such as strategy, RPGs, or action games.
