We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer for Bitcraze to support our customers with technical guidance and product expertise. About the Role

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality support and technical guidance.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting development teams with their code backlog
  • Managing incoming customer inquiries and providing technical support
  • Following up on customer projects and offering advice for optimal product use
  • Offloading the engineering team by handling technical requests
  • Supporting documentation efforts and assisting customers in navigating products

You will contribute to creating a seamless customer experience and fostering strong client relationships. As a Customer Success Engineer at Bitcraze, you will be challenged by technically complex issues and a varied workday. The role also involves participating in product development discussions and improving workflows. This role is perfect for someone who is social and has a keen interest in technology.

We believe you have:

  • A relevant educational background in technology (software development, systems, etc.)
  • A good understanding of programming (Python, C)
  • Experience in technical customer interactions is a bonus
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, as it is the company’s official language

To succeed in the role of Customer Success Engineer, we believe you are a solution-oriented and adaptable person with an interest in both technology and customer engagement. Participation in open source projects and experience in technical support roles are advantageous. We’re looking for a curious and communicative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is interested in Bitcraze’s products. Bitcraze has a flat organization where you’ll be involved and encouraged to participate in decision-making processes and the company’s strategic direction.

Start date: January 2025

Scope: This is a fulltime position (100%)
