We are currently seeking a Customs Specialist on behalf of our client to support import and export processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations in Sweden. In this role, you will handle daily customs activities, resolve operational issues related to imports and exports, and provide effective solutions to facilitate smooth processes. Your responsibilities will include resolving issues with import and export shipments, conducting import and export controls, and addressing customs-related inquiries. You will spend time thoroughly answering questions and guiding various markets. Additionally, you will manage tasks such as retrieving missing documentation and handling customs matters related to return orders. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of customs regulations and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• You have experience with custom activities (imports and/or exports).
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• It is a big plus if you have experience working directly with companies such as customs brokers or freight forwarders.

This is a full-time position with standard office hours. Our client is looking to start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client.
