What you will be doing?
You will join the Test Release and Platform team, focusing on full-flow automation and regression tests in the payments area. You will work in a Cross-Functional Agile team, collaborating across teams to deliver high-priority flows and help shape modern payment solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Test Automation engineer, you will:
• Work and collaborate with your team colleagues to identify, implement, and maintain full-flow automated tests.
• Assist development teams and testers in following test automation processes to ensure that long-term strategies and best practices are implemented.
• Define and document test flows to ensure automated processes are clear and accessible for users and team members.
• Create and maintain test metrics.
• Manage and enhance Continuous Integration (CI) processes
• Participate in the daily SCRUM process.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to learn and share insights with others.
You have experience in software quality assurance or a related area. And you’re willing to work with different test automation tools and learn new test automation frameworks.
Required skills:
Must have skills:
• Experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Experience with UI test automation (preferably Selenium Webdriver, WebdriverIO, Playwright)
• Experience with a tool for API test automation (e.g. Ready API, RestSharp, Rest Assured)
• SQL/database testing skills
• Knowledge of • NET, Java, or equivalent scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript)
Nice-to-have skills:
• Experience with test management tools and integrating them in Test Automation (Xray preferred)
• Knowledge of CI integration tools (e.g. GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins)
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile principles, and testing methodologies
Personal attributes
• Strong interest in staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Test Automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A passion for automating processes and simplifying tasks
