Hello potential future Oatly employee. It’s us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden back 25 or so years ago.

In the last few years, we’ve become a popular and pioneering dairy-alt global player. We're continuing to establish our presence internationally, determined on being part of the discussion on the long-term future of the food and beverage industry. With this growth, we need more brilliant minds to come work with us to keep the momentum going and the oat drink flowing.

We're looking for aBarista Market Developer. As the No.1 dairy-free alternative for baristas within specialty coffee, Oatly Barista Edition iskindof a big deal in the coffee world. We’re looking for the next leader to take ownership of the success and growth of this product. There's boundless ways this can be done, but at its core,you'll be:

• Develop and execute the strategy for Oatly Barista Edition within the coffee scene in Romania.
• Working with the Commercial and Brand teams to further the Oatly mission to reduce consumer reliance on dairy.
• Strategic responsibility for Oatly activations and promotions within the coffee industry.
• Identifying, creating and maintaining strong relationships which lead to mutually beneficially outcomes for Oatly and the top tier coffee shops.
• Using your unique personality and strong credibility to win over baristas, owners and investors.

If the below sounds like you, you could be the ideal person for this job:

• You have solid experience within the specialty coffee industry with demonstrable commercial experience and have been responsible for the growth of a channel within a business.
• Have a deep understanding of how the coffee industry works in Romania.
• You consider yourself a self-starter who doesn't need much direction to get things done.
• You're connected to our mission of health, sustainability and trust, and you love our products.

• You are a self-starter who doesn’t need direct supervision to motivate you for success – we believe strongly in building a culture of individual accountability and ownership and need partners that can embrace that mentality.
• You are ready to make your mark with a pioneering brand, leveraging your experience to deliver amazing results and continue the success story of an outstanding company.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit in that you’re comfortable with ambiguity and are energised by the process of building something lasting from the ground up.
• You enjoy sharing your quirkiness and talents with your coworkers.
