Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Tester to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Conduct manual testing of software applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Analyze and interpret test results to identify areas for improvement and report issues.
- Design and create test cases, checklists, and automated testing scenarios to cover various testing needs.
- Document and localize defects, simulating error conditions for accurate reproduction.
- Collaborate with developers, monitoring bug fixes to ensure resolution of reported issues.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, checklists, and error logs.
- Analyze incidents thoroughly before escalating to the development team.
What you bring:
- Strong understanding of software testing and development methodologies, with a clear grasp of the testing process.
- Proficiency in test design and experience with smoke, functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and experience with desktop application testing.
- Network configuration knowledge (advantageous).
- Python skills and experience with test automation (advantageous).
- Engineering background (advantageous).
- Fluency in both written and spoken Russian and English (strict requirement).
