This role is within our Digital Invoicing & Settlement Cluster in the Digital Finance area, responsible for enabling a bright future at Volvo Cars through digital innovation within finance. The Product team has a hybrid setup between Sweden, India, and Belgium and works with the Supplier Invoicing solution. We are now looking for someone with strong skills in SAP OpenText VIM. You will be working with a team of highly ambitious SAP professionals engaged in agile product development focusing on co-creating modern supplier invoicing solutions. This position offers possibilities for long-term development within a continuously growing area that has a bright future ahead and where you have a direct influence on supplier satisfaction. This position is based in either Gothenburg or Stockholm. What you’ll do In this role, you will be part of the functional design, development, and delivery of an SAP OpenText VIM implementation for Volvo Cars. You will be involved in design and implementation decisions. Serve as the functional SAP OpenText VIM expert in a mixed team of business and technical experts from other areas of the business.  Moreover, you will oversee the functional direction across the implementation of SAP OpenText VIM for S4/HANA. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements to develop efficient “touch less” AP solutions. Lastly, you will support development team needs to define and document solution architecture as part of a new initiative or enhancement. What you’ll bring You will have demonstrated experience in the following: •    Strong expertise in SAP OpenText VIM •    Proficient in Accounts Payable Business Process •    Proficient in the application of agile methodology  •    Functional knowledge of dependent process areas (SAP FICO, MM, SD) •    Adept in interpreting and solutioning various country Tax, Legislative, and Statutory requirements •    Knowledge of Self-billing within SAP •    Expertise in OpenText OCR (IES/ICC/BCC) functionality •    Experience in architecting and configuring VIM infrastructure components •    Ability to understand and debug ABAP backend code, and VIM custom FM handlers •    Prior experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration is an added advantage We think that you are an experienced SAP OpenText VIM expert who has worked on several implementations in the SAP S/4HANA landscape, preferably in an agile model. Also, you have relevant knowledge in designing apt solutions in S/4HANA. You have worked with transformations and migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.  To excel in this position, you actively collaborate, demonstrate robust problem-solving skills, and effectively communicate your ideas while being receptive to others’ viewpoints.
