This is an exciting opportunity to conduct business in a large-scale and international environment!

Cross-functional collaboration is a significant part of your job, and you collaborate with different stakeholders. Here are a few examples:

  • Product management, sales and marketing – to define the product positioning, value proposition and messaging.
  • Customers – in order to get feedback, analyze market trends, and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Sales team – to provide necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell our solutions.
  • R&D, finance and operations – to align goals, share insights, and ensure effective execution of the GTM strategy.

You have an understanding of the market dynamics, customer needs and digital concepts – and you’re competent in financial follow-up. Acting in a global environment calls for proficiency in English.

We put emphasis on your leadership skills and your ability to initiate and facilitate change management. You’re a strategic thinker who’s good at translating market and customer insights to strategies that can be launched and followed up on. Being highly results-oriented, you take the initiative when the situation calls for it. On top of this, you’re clearly motivated, confident, humble, and an efficient collaborator.
