What you'll do
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Manager for Insights and Steering who will play a crucial role in enabling data and steering for strategic decision-making related to our offers. This role will oversee the development and implementation of insights, analytics, and governance processes that ensure our offers are data-driven and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analytics Leadership: Lead the development of analytical frameworks and methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of offers. Provide actionable insights to optimize performance and enhance customer engagement.
• Data Stewardship: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data related to offers. Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment on analytics initiatives and governance processes. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather stakeholder input and drive consensus.
• Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for offers. Present findings to senior leadership and recommend actions based on insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in analytics and governance. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.
What you'll bring
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in driving cross functional, international and complex projects is a merit
• Proficiency in building business cases and decision material is a merit
• Fluency in English, oral and written is key.
• Proven experience in managing teams and people in a complex matrix global environment. Including experience in building high performance teams in a changing industry.
