Job Title: Head of Retail Team
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Retail Team to spearhead our Retail team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership for the Retail team by defining clear goals and objectives that foster client satisfaction and propel business growth.
2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key clients, serving as their go-to resource for strategic discussions and effectively resolving any concerns.
3. Team Development: Mentor and empower the Retail team, nurturing a collaborative and high-performing environment. Ensure team members receive the necessary resources and training to thrive.
4. Business Development: Collaborate with agency team heads to uncover new business opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and engage in client presentations to acquire new accounts and expand existing relationships.
5. Client Strategy Development: Partner with clients to gain insights into their business goals, challenges, and opportunities. Formulate and implement tailored strategic plans that drive long-term success.
6. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and assess key performance indicators—including client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth. Identify opportunities for enhancement and deploy strategies that elevate the overall client experience.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—such as Creative, Digital, Strategy & Data, Finance, and HR—to ensure the seamless delivery of services and address client needs effectively.
8. Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity. Utilize this knowledge to provide valuable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
9. Operational Oversight: Lead the Retail team to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations and effectively manage day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Substantial experience in a senior client services or account management position, ideally within the advertising or marketing sector.
· Strong leadership capabilities with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and develop actionable strategies.
