What you'll do We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer to advance the development and optimization of our Storage services. As an Engineer in this role, your primary focus will be on enhancing our storage capabilities in collaboration with the Service Lead and the operations team. You have a passion for engineering excellence and have prior experience in leading and developing projects; you may currently be in a technical role and understand what it takes to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include driving initiatives to refine our storage services, ensuring that they meet security and regulatory standards while continuously improving service delivery and efficiency. Responsibilities: •    Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that are best suited for Storage, taking into account current trends and customer feedback. •    Work closely with the operation teams to drive the development of storage solutions from concept to implementation. •    Ensure the technical functional effectiveness of storage solutions, addressing the global needs of stakeholders. •    Conduct technical research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges specific to storage solutions, aiming to continuously improve and innovate in this area. What you'll bring We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Software Engineer with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and a blend of technical knowledge. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on driving engineering excellence, can navigate complex technical landscapes, and possesses a customer-centric mindset. You are data driven in your approach to decision making and measuring your successes. Lastly, you are fluent in English, both verbally and written. Qualifications: •    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. •    Proven experience (5 years) in IT infrastructure, preferably in cloud computing or related technologies. •    Strong understanding of infrastructure, and services. •    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. •    Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions. •    Demonstrated success in bringing products from concept to market.
