Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Requirement Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and engage with employees and stakeholders to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Structure and document requirements in a way that allows the system solution supplier to interpret them for implementation.
- Conduct workshops with employees to identify and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational goals.
- Prepare thorough documentation of:
- Functional requirements for system suppliers.
- Non-functional requirements, including performance, availability, GDPR, and security aspects.
- Use cases with consideration for UX, supporting user-centered design.
- Summaries and materials from workshops conducted.
- Final deliverables, formatted in Word and/or Excel, for handover to the Project Manager.
- Ensure that proposed solutions contribute to increased internal efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supplier efficiency.
What you bring:
- 9–12 years of experience in requirements analysis, with at least 7 years working on the development of new systems from the ground up.
- Proven expertise in defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements that prioritize high user-friendliness.
- Extensive experience in converting proposed solutions into documented requirements for procurement processes.
- Preferable experience working with public sector organizations, including setting requirements for IT systems procured under the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU).
- Familiarity with UX practices, demonstrated by the ability to render functional requirements through user-oriented system mock-ups.
- Knowledge of IT security and GDPR as they relate to requirements documentation for non-functional elements.
- Experience in requirements work specific to public procurement systems.
