Are you a creative, sales-driven visual merchandiser with a passion for enhancing customer experiences through engaging store concepts? Lindex is looking for a Store Concept Visual Merchandiser to join our team and help shape our visual identity in a way that resonates with customers and drives our brand forward.
Your role in our team. As a Store Concept Visual Merchandiser, you’re an essential part of the Store Development team, working to create, challenge, and develop visual merchandising strategies and displays that strengthen our brand and enhance the customer journey. You lead projects from start to finish from creating mood boards and concept sketches to creating floor plans, 3D visualizations, and display techniques that increase customer engagement and drive sales. In this role, you develop visually compelling merchandising displays that align with Lindex’s store concept, brand identity, and sales goals while leveraging your experience in store concept development and space management within retail.
A part of your role involves communicating concepts and providing guidelines and training to support our markets and stores, ensuring they have the resources to implement and adapt these strategies effectively. You bring creative ideas to life by combining customer insights with an up-to-date knowledge of display techniques and a deep understanding of sales strategies.

You’re experienced with:
5+ years in retail visual merchandising with a proven ability to develop new VM strategies, with required experience from working internationally.
Creating displays that reflect brand identity, elevate the shopping experience, and drive sales.
Project management and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams.
Staying informed on retail trends and customer behaviour to ensure that Lindex’s visual merchandising remains fresh and relevant.
You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment where you grow, learn new things, and collaborate with colleagues from various departments. You lead yourself, actively pursue your own development, and are comfortable giving and receiving feedback. You’re also curious about digital tools that can help improve your work, and you believe in togetherness and the impact of working as a team.
